From ovulation induction to advanced assisted reproductive technologies, our experienced team is dedicated to guiding you through the most effective and personalised fertility solutions.

Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)

Intrauterine Insemination

IUI is a mechanism of assisted fertility. It is usually carried out with a mild form of ovulation induction with appropriate medication. An ultrasound scan is used to ensure that the procedure takes place at the most appropriate time of the menstrual cycle. The procedure involves the depositing of concentrated and specially washed sperm directly into a woman’s uterus.

ICSI

ICSI is a specialised form of IVF where a single sperm is directly injected into an egg, particularly beneficial in cases of male factor infertility.
ICSI is essential if there is any doubt that fertilisation of an egg may not occur. It is frequently used in conjunction with IVF, especially for any male factor issues but is not exclusively used for male factor problems.

Egg Freezing (Oocyte Freezing)

As time goes by a woman’s fertility decreases considerably due to the aging of the ovaries. This makes it more difficult for a woman to conceive as she ages.
Freezing a woman’s eggs in her most fertile years can help address these problems with a greater chance of having a successful pregnancy in the future.
It can be especially valuable for those who want to preserve their fertility for the years ahead.

Frozen Embryo Transfer

Frozen embryo transfer (FET) serves as a versatile and effective option in assisted reproductive technologies, offering individuals and couples increased control over the timing and conditions of their embryo transfer, ultimately enhancing the chances of a successful pregnancy.

Egg Donation Programme:

Shared Motherhood / Reciprocal

Shared motherhood is an option for same-sex female couples who both wish to play a biological role in the conception of their child.

In this process, one partner undergoes ovarian stimulation and egg retrieval, and the retrieved eggs are fertilised with donor sperm. The resulting embryos are then transferred to the other partner’s uterus, allowing her to carry the pregnancy.

Shared motherhood fosters a unique biological connection between both partners, enabling them to actively participate in the conception and gestation of their child. This approach provides same-sex couples with a collaborative and shared experience in building their family.

Single Women

Single women seeking fertility treatments have various options to realise their dream of motherhood.

IVF is a common choice, where a woman’s eggs are retrieved, fertilised with donor sperm, and the resulting embryos are transferred to her uterus.

Donor insemination is another option, involving the introduction of donor sperm into the woman’s uterus.

Egg freezing allows single women to preserve their eggs for future use, providing flexibility in family planning.

Our Specialists work closely with single women to tailor personalised treatment plans that align with their preferences, circumstances, and aspirations, offering a range of options to support their journey to parenthood.

Known Donor Programme

The known donor programme involves the use of reproductive assistance with the participation of a donor who is known to the intended parent(s). This can include sperm donation for artificial insemination or egg donation for IVF.

In a known donor arrangement, the donor and intended parent(s) typically have a pre-existing relationship or establish one through a known donor programme.
