Mairtin Mac Donnacha

Mairtin Mac Donnacha is the Deputy Quality Manager with over 15 years of experience in the development and management of Quality Management Systems across highly regulated industries including aerospace, space, automotive, renewable energy, and IVF. Over the past five years, he has specialised in quality and regulatory compliance within the fertility sector, working closely with regulatory authorities including the HSE, HPRA, INAB and CHKS.

Mairtin holds a degree in Science and Technology and has completed additional professional training in areas including Lean Six Sigma and technical inspection methodologies. He has led several quality improvement initiatives throughout his career, including QMS modernisation projects, digital paperless systems, and supply chain quality programmes. His work focuses on strengthening compliance, improving processes, and supporting safe, effective patient services.
