Charlene is the friendly face of First IVF, often the first person patients meet as they walk through our doors. As our receptionist, she supports the team with scheduling and administration, but her role goes far beyond that.

She creates a genuinely warm, welcoming environment where patients feel at ease from the very beginning. Known for her kindness and caring nature, Charlene takes the time to make everyone feel seen, heard, and supported.

She takes great pride in being part of such an important journey and in helping each person feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way.
